Our refund policy

At MagicPhotos.com, we aim to create amazing photos that you'll love. If, for any reason, the photos created for you don't meet your expectations, we're committed to making it right for you.

Just like in a studio photoshoot, you can expect a few great photos, but it is unlikely that every single photo that is generated will be great. However if we are not able to generated even a few good photos, we will refund your payment, IF AND ONLY IF

You have uploaded images that comply with the guidelines.
You have not downloaded any generated photo.
You reach out to us within 3 days of your photos being ready.

The images you upload are the most important ingredient in creating great photos. We will guide you while you are uploading your images, but you need to make sure you understand and follow the guidelines carefully.

We are determined to get you a great set of generated photos, so we may make an attempt to generate a new set of photos for you. If we are not able to generate a few good photos even in the new set, we will refund your payment.
